Description of machines
Main welding machine
A main welding machine is a device that applies pressure and electricity to the positioned longitudinal and transverse lines to form weld points.
◆The upper contact compression spring has a service life of more than 10,000,000 times under rated load.
◆Longitudinal wire threading positioning devices are provided to ensure that the diagonal error of the mesh is within ±1mm per meter.
◆The solder mask transformer has a power of 125KVA per unit and is equipped with a cooling water circulation and temperature control detection switch to prevent the transformer from burning out.
◆The electrode blocks are made of chromium-zirconium copper with hardness HRB≥78 and conductivity ≥50MS/m, in the form of 35×35×18 cubes, and the working surfaces are interchangeable to improve the utilization rate of the electrode blocks.
Cross wire hopper
A cross wire hopper is a crossline automatic blanking device suitable for a certain length or wire diameter, installed on a movable wire frame and moving along with the wire frame.
◆ Equipped with transverse wire gripper detection to ensure continuous operation of the welding machine.
◆ Use disc rolling slot wheel wire feeders to feed the transverse wire into the blanking position respectively.
Automatic mesh pulling system
◆Servo-controlled mesh pulling, high-precision output mesh: The mesh pulling trolley is controlled by a Japanese Panasonic servo motor and planetary reducer, resulting in high mesh pulling accuracy and small error.
Control System
◆ PLC programmable control system with touchscreen operation interface.
◆ Each functional structure is equipped with a fault detection device and an automatic alarm shutdown function.
◆The specifications of the mesh and the operating parameters of each mechanism are set through the touch screen interface.
It can produce a 2D fence mesh ; if you need to produce 3D fence mesh, you need to equip a bending machine and bend manually.
